Tiffany Bundra

Tiffany has a history as a competitive gymnast and professional musical theater actress, with many credits in Broadway/National tours. This background created the natural transition to Pilates to help heal injuries, and better refine her craft. With a full Pilates certification from Pilates Sports Center in Los Angeles, Tiffany has trained athletes, dancers, men, rehab needs, and many more healing, endurance, and weight loss related results! Nika Eshetu

Nika began Pilates over 7 years ago and continued to use it to help in her recovery from receiving a kidney transplant. She fell in love with being able to do exercise’s that not only made her feel better, but strengthened and toned her body as well. Nika received her full Pilate’s training at Pilates Sports Center. Nika also teaches pre-natal and post-natal Pilates and Burn at the Barre.

Monika Hall

Monika is a 44 year old mother of a 20 and 14 year old.  She became certified as a Pilates instructor by the Physical Mind Institute with Maria Leone. She is very passionate about her work.  ” We must become the change we want to see” Gandhi

Jo Ann Davidson

Jo Ann has been practicing Pilates since 1998.  Initially she began Pilates with a private instructor and then later moved on to join group Pilates classes at The Absolute.  Seeing how it had become such a way of life and what it had done for her, she finally decided to share her experiences and knowledge with other people by becoming certified through the Physical Mind Institute with Maria Leone.  She saw that this was her calling!

Victoria Miller

Victoria has been practicing Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, for over nineteen years.  She began teaching ten years ago and has studied extensively with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa (including substituting her classes), Los Angeles preeminent Kundalini Yoga teacher.  She currently teaches pregnancy and post-natal yoga as well as general classes for all levels of students. Victoria’s classes are healing, musical and uplifting.

Andrea Lilienfeld

Andrea has been avidly practicing yoga for two decades having discovered the healing, restorative and beneficial effects following a debilitating diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.   She is a graduate of the Anusara Teacher Training & Advanced Studies Program at City Yoga, L.A. and the Anusara Teacher Training Intensive in 2002.  In April 2004, Andrea became an Affiliated Anusara Yoga Teacher now referred to Anusara-inspired having completed over 400 hours of study, including three Teacher Trainings with John Friend, Anusara’s founder.

Tim Lott

Tim is a certified Gyrotonic instructor who has studied Classical Ballet and Yoga for 32 years & 20 years respectively. He is also a certified Massage Therapist, I.S.P.B. trained. He implements aspects of all 3 modalities with focus on stabilization before emphasis on incorporating notes in everyday life for overall wellness.

Lisa Ebeyer

Lisa was a professional ballet dancer for 25 years. Since retiring from dance she has worked in the Creature Effects industry in film & television. But what she really enjoys is personal training, teaching both Gyrotonic & Pilates.

Diane Deats

Diane has been a student of yoga for 7 years, teaching for 3 years. Incorporating meditation with breathing, stretching and relaxation helps to bring mind, body and spirit into alignment. Teaching Intro to Yoga on Monday evenings.

Tim Waters

Tim is a world spiritual traveler who has studied the diverse wisdom traditions of Asia. He also has over 25 years experience in therapeutic massage to complement certification as an Anusara® Yoga teacher.

Lori Kleiman

Lori is a certified Yoga Instructor and most recently trained in Prime Of Life Yoga. Over the last 20 years, she has practiced and studied with a variety of inspiring teachers. Lori feels that yoga, both on and off our mats can be a beautiful practice to help us embrace life more fully as we move forward. By honoring just where we are in body and mind as we come to our mats, we have available to us a way to explore who we are and what brings us the peace, the calm, the centeredness we may seek, or simply a practice to feel good in our body, and a way to relax our minds.

Judy Narvid

Judy has been teaching yoga since 1979.  She is certified in both the Anusara and Iyengar methods of Hatha yoga.  Judy has studied extensively with John Friend, the founder of Anusara yoga.  Also she has studied with master Iyengar teachers, Mary Dunn, Ramanand Patel, and Judith Lasater.  Her approach is to teach all levels of students to experience awareness beyond just the body to include the mind, and spirit.  Aligning the body with mindfulness helps to quiet the mind and moves the awareness deeper into self.

Shelley Piser

Shelley has been studying and teaching yoga since 1972. Her style is inspired by 30 years of extensive study in Hatha yoga, Zen Buddhism and meditation as well as her deep understanding in the art of Japanese healing. She emphasizes breath awareness, proper alignment and the poetry of Posture.  Her classes are inspiring, creative, therapeutic, and fun.  Equally available to beginners as well as more experienced students.

Olga Onkar Kaur

Olga is dedicated to unleashing the unlimited creative potential of her clients; and believes that spiritual development is meant to be grounded and manifested within our daily physical existence, and that our inner light and unique gifts are meant to be shared. She facilitates health and wellness center, women’s retreats, kundalini yoga and meditation workshops, and Vision Quests around the world . Her creativity retreats utilize her many years of professional experience in the creative and performing arts. Olga has had extensive training in advanced energy healing based in Siberian and Native American and Tibetan healing arts, as well as yogic Sat Nam Rasayan; and has a private energy healing practice in the Los Angeles area. She is an internationally certified kundalini yoga instructor through the Kundalini Research Institute and 3HO. Olga is a gifted intuitive who works with her students and clients using the body as an energetic map of life experiences, and as a vehicle for healing on all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Ziggy Cornegan

Siegfried Cornegan is a member of the The Bronx Boys Est. 1975.  Currently the President of Chapter 8, which consist of other Bboys in California, Oklahoma, Texas.  Navy veteran, NCEP (National College of Exercise Professionals), started at Absolute Yoga as a dance teacher with break dancing for the youth ages 6 and up. Began his career in 1977, was mentored and taught by the late Mr. Wayne Frost aka Frosty Freeze of the Rock Steady Crew/Zulu Kingz.  Even when active in the military as well as a Persian Gulf/Iraqi Freedom veteran kept competing and teaching the foundations of Bboying around the world (named because the B stands for Bronx which is native to that city in New York).  He is also the founder of the worldwide organization call Odori 73. Come through and enjoy a great atmosphere and feel the LOVE!!!
