We all know it’s best to have a healthy snack after working out. Studies have shown that eating a small meal of protein and healthy carbs helps increase the benefits of your workout and speeds up the fat loss process. So what’s your favorite post workout meal?

    I usually have a protein smoothie…light, easy to digest and great energy boost.

    Protein shake or bar until lunch then it’s a salad…and lots of water.

  3. I would usually have any of the fat-free or low-fat yogurts like the pineapple vanilla – my favorite work out meal of course! The main aim here is to have an easily digestible carbs that can help in replenishing the muscles and also easy digestible proteins for muscle restoration.
